The spacious rooms were a blessing, and the warm, festive decorations. The TVs provided great entertainment, great to unwind after exploring the charming local area.
In my wife's opinion, a larger breakfast selection would be great.

Wonderful old hotel, we loved the caring staff and tastefully decorated room. This was a good stay, reasonable prices. The room with excellent beds. The location seemed beautiful and unbeatable in the region. Besides, it was short walk to the Mexican restaurant, gorgeous mountains and the center of Wise, VA. The food they offered was excellent, had plenty of meals.

Loved the historic charm of the Inn. The decor for Christmas was fine. My room felt spacious and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate special requests, excellent. The rocking chairs on the balcony provided a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast presented a challenge. The options were limited and the setup felt chaotic with a large group present. I waited in line and several items ran out quickly. More planning for peak times would really improve the experience. I enjoyed my stay, but improvements in the breakfast area would be beneficial.

I had a comfortable stay with my daughter while visiting family in the area. The suite we booked was spacious enough for six of us, and we loved the two TVs which kept the kids entertained. Even though it's an older hotel, it has a charming vibe and was very clean. The nearby restaurants were convenient. I appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to assist when needed.

We stayed in the King Room and loved it! The place felt warm and charming, with a nice view. Our room was clean, cozy, and had a Keurig and microwave, great. The atmosphere was very inviting, and the artwork throughout the inn was fun to look at. No big complaints except maybe the AC could have been cooler, but overall a nice spot!

Charming building, beautifully decorated, the lobby provides an inviting atmosphere with ample information from staff, allowing easy exploration of the surrounding area.
Housekeeping could improve as my room was not cleaned .

missingWrote a review on 03 Jullackluster breakfast
The breakfast options leave much to be desired, with packaged sandwiches and cold cereal being a stark disappointment. Arriving late can be a hassle due to misleading street closures without proper guidance. The key cards tend to malfunction frequently, which can be frustrating after long days. Noise from the street can penetrate the rooms, particularly if you're near the front.

Enjoyed a good night in a beautifully remodeled historic hotel with a cozy and inviting lobby. The staff were really good, and the complimentary continental breakfast in the diner was a lovely touch. Don't miss relaxing on the front porch for a nostalgic experience!
